Subtract its potential 12.2 percent discount — or up to $2,931 savings — from its already affordable $23,990 MSRP, and you could drive away with the Jeep Cherokee in Sport 4×2 trim for as little as $21,059. The 2015 Jeep Cherokee provides seating for five plus storage in the wayback that holds up to a maximum of 54.9 cubic feet of cargo behind the front seats, with as much as 24.8 to 29.7 cubic feet behind the sliding rear seat. The midsize 2014 GMC Terrain utility vehicle is well equipped with a premium interior cabin and plenty of standard features. The extra-long Expedition EL is the largest SUV in this list, featuring an impressive 130.8 cubic feet of cargo space behind the first row, 85.5 cubic feet behind the second-row seats, and 42.6 cubic feet of holiday goodies behind all eight passengers. Stuff your giant tree inside, or tie it to the top roof rails. Looking for something purpose built to carry lots of cargo? Consider the Ram 1500 or Nissan Titan pickup trucks, or the Chevrolet Express cargo van.

The 2014 Ram 1500 Tradesman 4×2 Regular Cab offers a potential discount of up to 13.9 percent and a monthly payment of about $325. That translates into a possible savings of as much as $3,646, bringing the MSRP of Ram’s work truck with 5-foot 7-inch standard bed from $38,675 down to a market average price of $22,609. Ram seats three in the regular cab and offers plenty of storage, creature comforts, a standard 310-horsepower/4.7-liter V-8 engine, and fuel economy of 20 mpg city/28 mpg hwy/23.7 mpg combined.

Among the two truck options in list is the 2014 Nissan Titan King Cab 4×4 in Pro-4x trim at 13.4 percent off its MSRP of $38,675; after potential discounts its national market average is $5,177 lower at $33,498. With a standard wheelbase, the truck bed of King-Cab models measures in at 7 feet 3 inches. Offer a 20 percent down payment, and you might drive away with 60 monthly payments right around $482.
