Whatever you call your winter celebration, you might want a tree during the next few weeks, and if you’re looking for a vehicle with room to bring it home, this week’s edition of “Steals on Wheels” has just the information you need.
Before you go shopping for your tree, make sure you know how big of a bush you can handle: Measure the space you want to put the tree into and then measure your vehicle to determine how big of a tree you can transport. You’re gonna have a hard time fitting a 9-foot tree into the back of your convertible, so our selections on this list offer great cargo capacity for bigger loads.
To help with your new-car search, this edition is sharing the five best potential opportunities to save some green on trucks and sport utility vehicles that also offer plenty of room for bringing home the greenery. (By the way, all measurements are with the tailgates up, so you can squeeze in a little more tree if the weather allows you to drive with the tailgate down.)
Each edition of Steals on Wheels shares the very best car pricing information we can find to help shoppers find a great deal on their next new car. These great deals are available nationwide and demonstrate potential savings on new cars based on the possible discount from the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). This edition of “Steals on Wheels” includes potential savings from such special offers as manufacturer’s rebates and cash incentives, which helps place them among the greatest opportunities for savings for new car shoppers during the next two weeks.
